- Identify your audience
- Tell your story – the hero’s journey
- How to prepare an effective funder pitch
job crafting - find and align with your ikigai
What gives you joy? Ask people around and very few will say – work! Infact, when I asked this question in my workshop, the participants said its not work for sure.
Why are we trapped in professions we don’t like? Is there a way out?
Do you need to change your job to align with your ikigai, not really. You can job craft once you have found your ikigai.
It is possible to craft your current role, making marginal changes to what and how it is performed, into one that benefits others and enables you to experience a sense of joy in what you do. You can also find the right opportunities within your organisation aligning with your Ikigai.
The Japanese practice of ikigai helps you find your reason for living, shaping how you live now and in the future.
The concept of ikigai as a purpose in life with both personal and social dimensions is captured by the well-known ikigai diagram. This diagram includes overlapping spheres covering:
- What you love
- What you are good at
- What the world needs
- What you can get paid for
Aligning with Ikigai is a win-win both for employees and employers. This workshop will help understand the fundamental principles of finding and aligning with your Ikigai for a more fulfilling life at workplace.

Stories and Dialogues at Work
Who is the course meant for?
This is a mentorship program for women and will add value at all levels in the organisation, new starts, managers, HR leaders, and executive leadership of the organisation.
Why do this course?
The primary trait of all leaders is: they are master story tellers and effective communicators.
They know how to project themselves, tell their stories, and share their ideas. They also have a great sense of timing. They lead dialogues and their success is the direct result of having the right conversations at the right time.
It is well known that effective communication is key to growth at work. However, it is not a skill that each individual possesses. To hone this skill of effective communication and dialogue in your employees can transform the environment of the organisation tremendously.
When we encourage dialogues at work, it positively affects the environment of the organisation and helps enhance team spirit, trust, productivity and camaraderie, factors responsible for a happy, productive work-place. This in turn helps increase revenue and lowers the attrition rate of the organisation.
This program is specially designed for women to help them find their voice at the workplace to build powerful personal narratives.
What to expect in the program?
This is a two day mentorship workshop, 2.5 hours each. The program has two modules:

—Joseph Grenny
